This is different than 2000.
I don't think people are going to stand for this so long as the margin of victory is around 100k.
President Bush is the INCUMBENT while last election both were challengers.
The American public will shout Kerry down.
By the way, we are going to take Iowa, New Mexico and Nevada, not enough to make Ohio irrelevant unless we can snatch Wisconsin or Michigan.

Won't go anywhere. The only remaining Ohio counties are Republican counties and Kerry is down right now by 120,000 votes.
It's over.

Don't worry. We expected them to do this. It will only cause them to suffer longer.
Be patient and keep praying.
It's gonna' be beautiful.
Kerry has the lawyers and money...but it's Republicans that have the real guns.

Are you surprised? He'll start naming his cabinet, next . . . pray for wins in the small states to put Bush over the edge . . .

Let's hope that he can win enough states so challenging OH will only make him look STUPID

Sigh.
They already spent their wad.
Courts already ruled on provisional ballots.
If they don't meet the criteria of age, registration, or residency, they do not count.
Voter is informed of this and they make the ultimate decision on casting the ballot.
They are fighting the 15% left to be counted - from all I've read, not enough there to overcome.

Doesn't matter. Looks like Bush will win Iowa, NM, And NV. Which will give him 269. Not sure what happened to the 1 Maine EV. I had heard it was going to Bush. If so that gives him 270. If not 269 goes to congress which is Republican controlled.

Kerry is going to find 102,342 votes with his lawyers? Doubt it. Best of luck, Monsieur Kerry.

Bush lost the popular vote in 2000 Yes. It was Gore who challenged President Bush's Florida win.
Here you potentially have the loser of the popular vote making the challenge.

Carville is the puppet who did the talking. Kerry is the puppeteer. What'd I say? Carville was the decoy.
