Kerry is going to find 102,342 votes with his lawyers? He won't do that, however he WILL destroy any semblance of mandate that may have been created by a Dubya win, through litigation. Contesting the vote, will be a ploy so they can maintain a base fervor within the party during Dubyas second term.
