I'm watching a rehead woman right now on some news channel say that Kerry's people will not concede OH until all provisional ballots are counted. My wife has changed channels so often I've lost track of what I'm watching.

This woman is saying Kerry still expects to win the state. Maybe they have a fraudulent ace in the hole they were saving to pull out if the Bush margin was small enough to be overcome illegally. I just hope the Bush people have a few thousand lawyers loaded on jets and ready to roll to Columbus.

There's so much swirling around my head I can't remember, was it a few counties in OHIO that had a total of provisional ballots? If so, that hardly makes a dent in GWB's numbers.
