Rather on CBS said that at this point, Kerry needs to make a 55-yard field goal if he is to win.

Has Cleveland been fully counted?

What is the definition of "fully?" "Fully" as in everyone eligible to vote (Pubbie definition)? Or, "fully' as in we haven't manufactured enough votes yet (Rat definition)?

That bill clinton era really messed up definitions, didn't it?

LOL! Dan Blather just said "kerry needs a 55 or 60 yard field goal to win. It can be done but it's hard."

She made a pretty rational recitation. The present lead can shrink in a heartbeat when cayouga comes in.....Ohio goes rat. Sounded almost reasonable and certainly woke me up.

Nassau====== 100.0% 23,726 8,543
Okaloosa==== 100.0% 69,320 19,276
Okeechobee== 100.0% 6,975 5,150

Osceola====== 83.9% 32,812 30,295

Pasco======== 98.8% 102,231 84,048
Pinellas======= 92.1% 221,916 220,481

Gonna get harder and harder to make up votes in Palm Beach.

That's really Kerry's only hope in FL. Pinellas is splitting 50-50, Miami-Dade is mostly in.

Watching Fox: Brit Hume seems overly complimentary to Estrich, as though he is going out of his way to be polite and deferring. Thats nonsense. Susan is blue-blood Dem and she is cheering on her party, in camp wit them. She is getting the most optimistic scenarios from Kerry's people and is delivering that info on air on Fox and Brit Hume is accepting that info without question.

Fox needs to get some people on their panel that aren't afraid to call this. Between Juan and Susan they have got this looking like a Dem victory and the rest of the panel is afraid to say anything.

Susan does not look tanked up, I don't know who keeps saying that...she is pulling big time for her people and Brit is letting her get away with it. Her and Juan are also talking about litigation being a fifth column here as though it is a foregone conclusion that that will inure to the Dem's favor. This is ridiculous.

I think she's trying to supress a sense of PANIC at the thought that Kerry's going down in flames of defeat! God Grant our President Bush the Victory!

DU LOL Quote of the hour:

send the youth NON voters over to fight in Iraq

If it does play out that they really didn't show up like they were supposed to, I think we as a country should push heavily for the draft. If they couldn't show the f**k up to participate in our democracy send them the f**k to Iraq and show them what they agreed to by avoiding this election!

I haven't given up hope for Washington, although it was called as soon as the polls closed:
417 of 6686 precincts - 6 percent
 	George W. Bush (i)	Rep	311,957 - 50 percent
 	John F. Kerry	Dem	301,871 - 48 percent
 	Ralph Nader	Ind	4,587 - 1 percent
 	Michael Badnarik	Lib	2,405 - 0 percent
 	Michael Peroutka	CST	855 - 0 percent
 	David Cobb	Grn	529 - 0 percent
 	John Parker	WW	250 - 0 percent
 	James Harris	SWP	88 - 0 percent
 	Bill Van Auken	SEP	53 - 0 percent

It's a long shot, but the start is good. We also have still have a bit of a chance in Michigan, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, and Iowa, and I would like us see get at least one of those.
