Susan Estrich looks like she's about to cry. .....but at the same time she's saying that "if the exit polls are even remotely accurate, it's going to be very difficult for Bush to pull out the win." But as I said, her demeanor does not reflect this (apparent) confidence.

As votes accumulate, Bush's percentage will slip even if his lead stays the same in number of votes.
In other words:
Bush 100,000; Kerry 50,000 is Bush 67%; Kerry 33%
Bush 250,000; Kerry 200,000 is Bush 60%; Kerry 40%
AP has Bush up 56-44 with 7% reporting in OHIO

Why are they calling NJ for Kerry with a 50-49 percentage and only 2% reporting? I think it's a lot closer than they think judging by what I saw all over NJ today
