Everytime someone says do not panic, I am going for a glass of wine followed by a shot topped off with a snickers bar. Sounds like an election night drinking game.

Ken Mehlman started the campaign exactly a year ago, in Tampa, Florida. The kick off was actually here in Florida. I attended the event and we assumed there would be all kinds of finger food which there wasn't. My stomach growled throughout. Ken Mehlman is calm and methodical in his approach.

In Ohio, things seem to be tightening. Right now it's 50.4 - 49.0 for Bush. Come on folks, let keep the prayers going for Ohio.

Bush's Fla #'s will fall like a rock soon. Miami/Dade/Palm Beach is heavily stuffed.

Lake County, Florida 2004 (68/103 Reporting)
Bush 36197 62 %
Kerry 21630 37 %
2000 Final:
Bush 50,010 58%
Gore 36,571 42%
Looks good, but obviously depends on which districts are counted.

I usually don't go near that Chuckster, but I am to worked up so I think I just sucumbed...
To: SamAdams76
Bush's number was over 60%, but a large number of precincts in Orange County (Orlando) just reported and dropped it to the current 57%. Very good, Orlando went heavily Dem in 2000.

But whats good is we still have the absentees yet to be counted in florida. Should give us some insurance if its a nailbiter again.
To: Babsig
I have more faith in SC going for Bush than NC, and I'm pretty confident about NC.
Back in 2000 I busted out laughing when they said SC was "too close to call". That would be like Massachusetts being "too close to call". Give me a freakin' break.
