Oh c'mon, this is WAY BETTER than the 2000 election! We lost 4 Senate seats (5 with Jeffords) and Bush LOST the popular vote by 800K that year ... he's winning by 3.5 MILLION now! We gained 4 seats in the Senate. Unlike 2002, we got Coburn, Burr, DeMint, Thune, Martinez and Isaakson. That's young energy in a place that NEEDS it.

Tonight, viewing our "loyal opposition", is an example of the "Enemies Domestic" half of Travis McGee's serial. I give him crap about him writing fiction and not bringing the stuff into reality convos, but you know I'm revisiting my opinions after tonight.

The big surprise is how little has flipped. It looks like only NM and Iowa may flip at this point.
Well, it looks like the dems are going to use TV to spoil the victory as much as possible. I had thought NBC was going to call Nevada, had the comments ready to go for over 2 hours, and then realized the media mafia had decided to simply defecate on the election.
Fine. Mark my words. The dems are going to look stupider and stupider by the hour that they pull this crap. Contesting nevada, immediately after Fox calls nevada means they are trying to bait bush into contesting blue states. That is it.
All bush is going to do is say, 'we'll wait until the votes are counted' .... or wait for the msm to annoint bush. Kerry and edwards are learning that america doesn't love lawyers as much as they thought they did.
I'm sticking w/ my prediction: by 5pm, Kerry concedes, bush makes a nice brief speech.

I'd have to consider whether stopping it is, or is not, in the best interest of destroying the Demonrats.

I hit the hay around 8:30 last night with only 3400 posts on this thread. Did I miss anything? ;-)
Hubby and I have been up for an hour and I'm convinced that we will have another four years with George W. Bush as our President! I'm so tickled Daschle is outta here and am confident the electoral vote result will reflect the popular vote.
