Oh c'mon, this is WAY BETTER than the 2000 election! We lost 4 Senate seats (5 with Jeffords) and Bush LOST the popular vote by 800K that year ... he's winning by 3.5 MILLION now! We gained 4 seats in the Senate. Unlike 2002, we got Coburn, Burr, DeMint, Thune, Martinez and Isaakson. That's young energy in a place that NEEDS it.
WE KNOCKED OFF PUFF DASCHELE!! AND BUSH BEAT J F'NG KERRY!
Tonight, viewing our "loyal opposition", is an example of the "Enemies Domestic" half of Travis McGee's serial. I give him crap about him writing fiction and not bringing the stuff into reality convos, but you know I'm revisiting my opinions after tonight.
No matter. We prevail. We're beating the lefties and Dems traitors down, I'm just not as sure we can forever only do it politically anymore. I'll feel better in the ... uh ... morning?
Andy Card. Bush received more popular votes than any candidate in our history.
