How about his bishop telling him he can't be pro-choice and Catholic, that would do! 11,146 posted on 11/03/2004 12:41:54 AM PST by Diva

Don't wait up for that. A few bishops nationally have spoken out and Fr. Frank Pavone of "Priests for Life" has. The bishops of Boston and Washington, DC have been rather cowardly. Shamefully so. Especially McCarrick in Washington.

Hopefully, Bush and the Republican voters have avoided the disaster of having an apostate heretic in The White House directing stem-cell genocide.

Lesley Stahl now narrating the Tom Daschle political obituary, with a very sad face and subdued tone.

"It's the first time in over 50 years that a party political leader in the Senate goes down to defeat."

We should sue in Pennsylvania, just on principle. Let Rendell and the DNC feel the heat.

Yeah, I have been disenFRENCHized by the people in Philthadelphia.

Bush to Declare Re-Election Victory

By RON FOURNIER, AP Political Writer

WASHINGTON - President Bush (news - web sites) will declare re-election victory, aides said Wednesday morning, as Democratic rival John Kerry (news - web sites) refused to concede linchpin Ohio or the presidency.

"We will not base our decision on a concession," said Bush adviser Dan Bartlett. After winning Nevada, another presidential aide said Bush would soon declare victory.

Ceding nothing, Kerry dispatched running mate John Edwards (news - web sites) to tell supporters in Boston: "We've waited four years for this victory. We can wait one more night."

Bush, 58, won Florida with relative ease. Kerry took New Hampshire from Bush — the first and perhaps only state to switch parties — but it has just four electoral votes. That leaves Ohio and Nevada as Kerry's only hopes.

NM absentee ballots break 54/43 Kerry - in the largest county in the state. That's as close as Kerry will get. All other counties will be for Bush.

I too question past events as covered by an unchecked media, including elections.

"Am I in America? The media is trying to run this country."
Scary, isn't it? I ask myself the same questions....

I'm pulling an all-nighter. Not even going to go to bed tonight. Thank God I took today off from work. After Bush's victory speech, I'm going to take a long walk through the woods near my house and watch the sunrise. Then I will come back to the house, boil a strong pot of coffee and savor the victory. Then I'll stack a couple cords of firewood and take a nice, long nap.
