Go to link. Tommy is DEEPLY SADDENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I remeber that picture...lol. Total dejection. With a Bush victory, not to mention one in both the senate and house, democrats will commit harry caray.
I am deeply gladdened.
For the life of me, I can't understand why people don't see the democrats for who they are. The only reason anyone would file these type of lawsuits is to commit voter fraud!
In the voice of Nelson from The Simpsons: "HA-Ha!"
Good news to start off a momentous day! No matter what happens I am grateful for my FreeRepublic cyberfamily!

HE'S A WHINER.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has been hilarious!
Tommy brings a lawsuit to a favored judge late at night, and then loses cause the judge blinks at the pressure mounting on their antics.
Tommy is a laughing stock. Judge is a laughing stock. Dems are hanging their heads cause their important fraud vote is in jeopardy. LOL
Maybe we should all roll our eyes more often. Seems to make the Dems go nuts.
"totaly unexpected", in case after case we have won. Not sure I can think of one case we have lost yet, that we didn't win on appeal. The dems are going down hard. One of the reasons the 2002 polls were so wrong was that for the first time pubs started fighting back at the polls.
I LOVE this! Little Tommy the loser! He has to step off his stool!
Did you read this...
UPDATE: Apparently there's now discussion at the courthouse of this new Rapid City Journal piece. Excerpt:
Rumors about vote buying have been sweeping Indian Country. Bruce Whalen, a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe running for the state Legislature on the Republican ticket, sent a letter to tribal President John Yellow Bird Steele alleging the vote buying and urging Steele to stop it.
Republican state vice chairman Elli Schwiesow said tribal people have stopped at the Republican office in Pine Ridge to ask for money for their vote.
"We've had people burst through our door and demand money. We'll ask what candidate, and they'll say Demo-crat," she said.
Despite the rumors, Fall River County officials, who handle Shannon County ballots, haven't found any proof. State's Attorney Lance Russell said he had heard disturbing stories but had no evidence to prove them.
Yep, understood now. I think the other thread was a bit misleading in its wording, presenting it in the most pessimistic hyperbole.
It's a good example though of just how much your impression from a report or even just a headline can be manipulated.
Of course we all know about that...
ROFLOL!!!
They are completely losing it! lol!
