Yesss!! And that means the only path the cheating dems have is the USSC! I don't think you're going to get them to rule tonight.
Nice try, dems. You thought you could steal one that easily! You'll have to at least hide your actions now.
:-) This is sweet. I just saw David Bois on the PBS News Hour a little whicle ago trumpting the 2 Ohio Federal District Court decisions as if they were somehow definitive proof of "disenfranchisement."
Liberal Clintonista judge smackdown, cool.
Socialist crooks foiled by the rule of law again.
The man to watch in Ohio politics is our Secretary of State, Ken Blackwell. He is the rising star in the Ohio GOP. He'll run for governor in 2006, replacing that RINO Bob Shaft, er, Taft. Blackwell scares the Democrats to death. Not only has the fought them tooth and nail on voter fraud, he's leading the successful charge for Proposition 1 (to outlaw gay marriage) and he's African-American. He has tremendous appeal across racial lines and the ability to shatter the Dims stranglehold on the black vote. That's why the Dims are trying to demonize him now; he's a huge threat down the road, both at the state and the national level. Blackwell for Governor in '06, and U.S. Senate in 2010, when it will be time for George to go home to Cleveland....
Nope, it can only go to SCOTUS from here and there's not enough time.
The vote was 4 to 3, there are seven members of the Ohio Supreme court. Still close, but in the end they interpreted the law correctly.
I still count 4-3 unless there are two Gorman's on the court.
Points to the continued need of Bush appointing federal judges and not Kerry.
Perhaps freepers in Ohio can explain that to friends and neighbors... RATS and their judicial agents want to sanction cheating.
Too late for RATs to whine to SCOTUS!!!
You're totally wrong and clearly do not understand the ruling.
Doltt, put some ice on it baby!
"Yes, Fox just confirmed it is the 6th Circuit Ct of Appeals that reversed this...not the Ohio Supreme Ct."
Actually it appears to be both. The law breakers and law corrupters have been double smacked. We won't be so lucky in some other places I am afraid.
The .PDF document that is referenced at the beginning of this post is the Ohio Supreme Court. It must be a related case?
Yes, they will reverse it.
Dems are stopping short of going to the Ohio Supreme Court because they know they can't win there.

Osama Bin Ladin is DEEPLY saddened.
Nam Vet
SCOTUS would never take a lame-ass appeal from the Dems on this one.
Another Festivus miracle!!!
