VERY Good News From a HIGH RANKING GOP Insider!!!
Posted on 11/01/2004 10:00:10 AM PST by jmstein7
For all you worry warts out there, I have some very good news from a very, very high ranking GOP insider.
In an email just sent to me, the insider writes the following:
President wins tomorrow and we end up up 3 [in the House]. Senate up 1.
-------------------------------------------------
Well, not as high as I'd like in the House and Senate, but I'll take it!
Keep your chins up, and get out there and vote tomorrow!

I know we work on the honor system here at Free Republic, but how am I confident that this "inside source" is correct?

Karl Rove, is that you. ;-)
Seriously, thanks. I find myself needing more reassurance this morning, although Kerry's Spot's insider scare and retraction about Ohio helped too. I still think we'll get OH and FL and be ok.

Dear God, I hope you're right. But (no offense) I'm going to wait for the official results to bring out the champagne. If Bush wins, I'll drink a glass. If Kerry wins, I'll finish the bottle.

A high ranking GOP figure told me news that stated otherwise. Then he asked to bum a cigarette and shuffeled off to beg for spare change.
