Oh, that
is funny.
But watch for retribution. Anybody low-rent enough to be stealing onto private property filching signs is worth keeping an eye out for.

I'll have to search my garage for other colors. I picked the green bottle because it's old and I don't use it for anything, plus it was a really nasty looking green - the old 1970's refrigerator shade.

I can think of lots of variations on this theme. Good work!

They can have your sign and we will have America. I just spent the last hour trolling DU. I left about 6 posts. they are so stupid that they do not even know that they are being mocked.

Or mixed it with lime-sulphur...the stuff smells like an outhouse in August.

Good for you. I like the one republican that I heard electrified the sign and a few Dems later as it turned out.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall in the guy's car as he discovers the little gift awaiting him. Too funny.
Of course in today's society, he can probably sue you for damages to his vehicle. Nothing would surprise me.

I put 12 of them out in various intersections last Friday. To date only 1 stands. The others were stolen. In their place were kerry signs. It really PISSED ME OFF!

Wow... we should have thought of this long time ago, to prevent (or at least reduce) the stealing...
Good job!

But watch for retribution. Not to worry - I'm on the lookout. I've been doing battle with these thugs for a while. My sign was out right next to the street, which isn't visible from the front door (otherwise i'd be watching it). I can tell you right now that they aren't gonna want to come back here.
To: GOPcapitalist
Some Kerry zealots are lining the roads out here (SW Philly suburbs)with hundreds of Kerry-Edwards signs.
On the Blue Route, they are all over the entrances and exits and all up and down the highway...dozens in each spot. Everywhere you look. It's sickening.

GREAT IDEA!
How stupid do you have to be to think stealing signs is going to change the outcome of the election?
To: GnL
I hear you. I was thinking of other things to put in there too. Syrup came to mind (though it may attract animals outside of the city). Also, if anybody's got a grease trap on the range or bbq that hasn't been emptied in the while it could be fun to make a PETA-type's car smell like fish sticks.
I also told a friend about this who chews tobacco old style - the spittoon's contents could be fun as well.
