I got my draft card, that is what you will be hearing, if Kerry wins and you or anyone you love is of draft age. Kerry winning will very likely end up causing a draft; the reasons are because the military is spread thin, Kerry has alienated our alliances, and Halliburton has said over and over that if they dont have enough protection for their employees they will pull out. Kerry said he plans to add 40,000 troops. So, lets see what will more likely happen if Kerry is elected.
First of all, Kerry has alienated our alliances. These countries will more likely start pulling their troops out. THIS MEANS WE WILL BE THAT MANY MORE TROOPS SHORT.
Second, Halliburton will pull out because their employees will not have enough protection. This means that military personnel will have to fill these thousands of empty job positions. THIS MEANS WE WILL BE THAT MANY MORE TROOPS SHORT.
Third, the military is already spread thin. THIS MEANS KERRY AS PRESIDENT WILL HAVE TO BRING BACK THE DRAFT. This can cause another Vietnam and thousands of lives lost, because Kerry will want to save face. Remember he said, Just because Bush couldnt do the job doesnt mean that he cant do the job.
Fourth, Kerry said he plans to add 40,000 troops. THIS MEANS THAT THERE WILL BE A DRAFT.
NOTE: Right now, the United States is training Iraq troops so that they can take over and we can bring our soldiers back home. I hope that we can be smart enough on Nov 2nd to give the Bush Administration the opportunity to accomplish this goal.
Remember Kerry kill a guy in Nam.
Morning,
I hadnt heard about the fake draft cards! I am told that voter lists are available but do not know hwat restrictions are placed on their distribution
The answer is No they would grant a medical deferment to the woman until birth and then draft her.
It should be noted that the only discussion about drafting women has to do with the medical servies; RN's MD's etc. and even these would probably be used to free up currently serving male MD's say like in an Air Force Hospital such that the Male's could then be deployed.
Problem with tense there. Kerry is a disaster.
Yes, Bush voters will blame it on Kerry voters. And we'll be absolutely right to do so, especially when Le Monsieur Kerry needs to put Americans in blue helmets to satisfy the demand for U.N. troops.
How about Kerry has been a disaster, Kerry is a disaster, AND Kerry will continue to be a disaster as a Senator after he loses this election?
Kerry, the single most communist Senator in the USA.
Kerry would never resign; that takes honor, something Kerry is sorely lacking in.
And it's illegal and immoral and would literally start a civil war if implementation were attempted, as would an attempt to draft women into military service.
I thought so.
I knew what we were talking about.
We sure will blame them.
I have e-mail exchanges with a liberal acquaintance who despises Bush (surprise, surprise). He's enthusiastically voting for Kerry. I wonder how enthusiastic he will be about a Kerry administration when his soon-to-be eighteen-year-old son gets his draft notice.
I hope Bush wins for the survivial of this country, it's citizens and it's Constitution.
You need to get fitted for a tin foil hat.

Kerry Believed Vietnam Colleagues Would Have 'Fragged' Gay Commanding Officer

>>> what he would do with military personnel who were taught by their parents and ministers that "the gay lifestyle is wrong." Kerry replied that the military would have to counter such feelings--even if they are rooted in religious values learned at home <<<<
Now do you know why the RATs want a draft.
When he was a baby, the only "positive" thing I could extract from the situation was that at least I wouldn't have to worry about losing him on some future battlefield.
Wouldn't you know...he recently mentioned to me that he asked a recruiter if he could get a waiver on his medical status so that he might enlist and serve in Iraq - - yes, he really wants to.
I was both shocked and very proud of his admission, even though I would probably be a basket case for as long as he would serve (like any other military parent).
Contrast that with the Kerry campaign's attempts at inducing fear among (healthy) American youth that GWB may re-institute the draft...even though it's a completely bogus campaign ploy.
I feel like I'm living in a parallel universe.
God bless you and your brave son.
There are no words adequate enough to express my gratitude to those that serve selflessly and willingly to preserve my freedoms.
I'd have gotten mine in 1965; didn't need it because I enlisted in the USMC in 1966....I should poke around; it's still probably tucked in a drawer someplace. EBay beckons.
