Media Polls - Media Shills - Rip Bush
self ^ | 10/12/04 | self

Well, what's next? We had 'Rathergate' (I say "had" because the MEDIA -America's most destructive enemy- has decided to ignore and bury a story that was at least as important as Watergate). More recently, we learned of the ABC Halperin memo that suggested Bush be treated with much more scrutiny than Kerry.

What else is the MEDIA doing to shape the news and the outcome of the Presidential election? What about all the ridiculous polls.

It seems that with each day things are getting more absurd and crooked! Debate polls -- not only is the MEDIA treating us with all these manipulated polls right after each debate, but now .......... I just saw the most absurd thing they are doing. I believe it was the lowlifes at CNN who came out with a poll yesterday BEFORE the next Presidential debate asking which candidate WILL DO better in the debate. They are not satisfied with filling the voters minds with the "results" of these lamentable polls AFTER a debate, but now they are polling people BEFORE a debate. What else can they do to effect the election?

TOPICS: Politics/Elections; Your Opinion/Questions
KEYWORDS: bias; bush; election; kerry; media; news; polls
By the way, they have Bush down in this "BEFORE" poll by something like 53% to 37%. Wouldn't you know it!

Yes, old Sandy Pants!

That wasn't a media instigated event, but it sure is a media cover up! I wonder where Sandy is. Did he fall off the edge of the earth? He sure knows how to disappear.

The hardest point for me, having long since been aware of what passes for "news" from the MSM? The newbies -- those who've just awakened. This has got to be a horrifying, downright frightening "awareness" for them - how liberals are out to destroy America. Beyond the Sea... can you imagine what it would be like to "awaken" now? Now, when the MSM is so concertedly out to ANNOINT our next President?

lol... I look back over the years to when I realized "Votescam"... and..I look back to 1992 when Bill Clinton was elected. I was in a sea of horror with only a few pals.. fully aware of what the Clintons would be enacting upon America.. while watching all around me the cheering throngs of Clinton supporters "Now we shall have PEACE" blah blah....

But now, this day and time -- what it must be like -- to have just had one's eyes opened.

I remember in late 80s, early 90s.. there were droves of the doom and gloomsters, fully aware of the Scam being perpetrated upon America, saying "It's over".... "America is DONE, it's toast".

It's not. America ain't done till the fat lady sings, and she's not even entered the building yet. But she will enter the building, unless those who've newly awakened realize their own active roles in necessary good fight for America's future.

I pray that there are enough people out there who are able, ready, and very willing to fight that necessary good fight. I hate to say it, but I have my doubts.

Man the polls on Nov. 2nd ......... and end the other polls forever.

Someone in the media at the beginning of the year (Evan Thomas of Newsweek I thinkn?) said that the the MSM would be heavily for Kerry all year and that would count for probably 11-12 points in the polls/vote. I thought that was a bit much at the time, but it may be very close to the mark. And his observation of bias certainly was right on target, even though he shares those views.

Yes< I remember (but I'm not sure of the individual either).

But I remember how odd it was that he was SO CANDID! Must have been a moment of unconscious clarity.

;-)

But really, the MEDIA is America's most ruthless and destructive institution.

The positive influence of the internet and the "new media" is coming along a little too late, I fear! The old media is still effectively killing the country, and it is a sickening shame!

That [Sandy Berger & the missing archives] wasn't a media instigated event, but it sure is a media cover up!

If you've followed the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, you know that many of their points aren't "he said, she said" but are actually Kerry circa 1969 v. Kerry circa 2004. Kerry's story changed/changes in a material way.

The media has the same problem with consistency. But that is to be expected, because the media is simply an unaffiliated organ of the Democrat/Socialist party.

You're right! I only wish MORE American citizens REALLY knew that fact! But they don't.

Until we start prosecuting these seditious crimes and make the MSM fear the punishment their sedition/treason will bring, we will have nothing new. Sandy Berger, Dan Rather, the new ABC memo are all CONCRETE evidence that election tampering is alive and well in our own media institutions. Mix that with widespread voter fraud on the part of the Rats and we have the makings of a bloodless coup in our great country.

Everyone writes about it and talks about it, but nothing new is done to stop it. People need to be in jail and companies need to be fined out of existence for screwing with the rights and institutions our boys have fought for for over two centuries.

Good memory. It was Evan Thomas. His off the cuff comment was that the media bias would be good for 15 points in the polls. The media knows its power, and sees that power slipping.

Lets talk a little media bias here. The media, I think, wants Kerry to win. And I think theyre going to portray Kerry and Edwards Im talking about the establishment media, not Fox but theyre going to portray Kerry and Edwards as being young and dynamic and optimistic and all. Theres going to be this glow about them that some, is going to be worth, collectively, the two of them, thats going to be worth maybe 15 points. Newsweek Assistant Managing Editor Evan Thomas on the July 10 Inside Washington

But really, the MEDIA is America's most ruthless and destructive institution.

Media, political parties and public education work in harmony to subvert a social fabric. Religion too.

Evil is ruthless, pervasive and perisistent.

I think there are, BTS. And given other bits I've been tracking over the past year, I think Republicans, conservatives, are armed for bear at the voting booths.
