On who can better handle the issues of terrorism and Iraq, viewers moved more toward Bush than Kerry after the debate...
...Viewers also gave increased support to Bush on terrorism, initially favoring the president by 52% to 45%, but favoring him by an even larger margin after the debate, 56% to 39%.

yes please do I will enjoy the answer
These internals are back to predebate #1 levels ... Cross fingers and we will get a race back to the 6-8 pt lead he had in mid-sept.
Bush is ahead 4 in the latest AP/WP tracking poll.
I think they'll try to bus every homeless person they can find to the polls so they can cray and whine "disenfranchisementation" or whatever they call it these days.... whatever they call it, what it means is that I'm gonna cheat 15 ways and hope you only catch 10 of them.
Won't happen and if he did it would probably backfire on him. Not that it should mind you just that it would.
What I'm hoping is the rumors I've seen are true and at least one of the Oct surpises is movie footage showing Kerry pissing on a burning American flag back stateside after Nam.
If that is for real the gig is up. They'll run from Kerry like rats from a stinking ship ;-)
oooohhhhhh, do you think that could be the big "October Surprise"?
I think analysts and pollsters are whistling past the graveyard when it comes to assessing the Vietnam Vet voters. I believe the intensity of their vote is going to suprise a LOT of people.
Can't wait to tune in to Matt and Katie the morning after and listen to the "analysis" as to what the Dems did wrong (yet again).
Prediction: The Swift Vets have something up their sleeve. We haven't heard the last of Kerry's past!!!!!!!!!!
True, it does spell trouble for JFnK, but only if Osama's jihadists are kept at bay in the US for the next three weeks.
I sure hope so!
Unless there's a landslide, we'll have to endure the 10,000 lawyers trying to overturn the election.
I saved it; everyone should.
Wait, I never heard that before. Are you sure Kerry was in Vietnam? When did this come out?
On a corner of the city of Pittsburgh today there were a handful of W supporters out plying the cars as they drove past a VERY busy intersection.
Normally the peaceniks occupy this spot.
W will win all three of these states.
The pubbies will be VERY close to a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate.
As Conan the Barbarian might say, "we will be able to hear the lamentations of their women."
I hope the good people of Ohio recall the aborted terror attack on the mall in Columbus, OH when they vote.
In the second debate Bush really needed to project the image of STRONG in the war on terrorism, to confirm what Americans already know about him.
Not only were his arguments stronger than Kerry's, but his demeanor was too.
You could see Kerry was a bit taken aback, and he just looked weaker, which fits his flip-flopping nuanced arguments.
Unlike the first debate, I think what we saw on Friday matched the real characters of the men.
Some critics said Bush came on too strong, but I say they are wrong. He needed to.
And these poll numbers say so.
Matt and Katie: The Dems lost (speaking post-election) because they are being overrun by the wacko leftists from the 60s. Anyone who is moderate is branded as "right-wing wacko" by the "normal" Democrat. As long as they pander to the pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, anti-corporation crowd, they will lose. And I hope they do.
