Excellent. He shouldn't be on public airways.

He's taking his show to Sirius?

As far as I'm concerned, eight light-years is not a safe distance when we're talking about Howard Stern.

I wonder how well Howard Stern will do in a market where you have to PAY to hear him?

I'm willing to bet that Sirius will lose their ass on him.

I know of a real good place he could take his show and it sure as heck would not clutter up any airwaves.

I bet I'm the only guy on here that enjoys listening to Stern...I think the show is pretty funny (of course, I change the channel when he starts the Bush bashing).

Oh well, maybe I will get that satellite service...commercials annoy me more than ever.

wow what great news. For those that don't listen to Howard, here is a trans script of every show he does. "Wow look at those breasts! Are those real? Bush sucks! Are you a lesbian! Wow look at those breasts! Are they real?"

Makes me really glad I selected XM for my satellite choice. I'll take Laura Ingraham and NASCAR over Stern any day.

An "Expensive Gamble"?????

Sirius just hit the mother lode.

This deal, which starts in 15 months, will be the biggest most successful endeavor in the history of broadcasting.

Howard is truly the King of ALL media.

I'll be purchasing the product, the service, and as much Sirius stock as I can.

FREE HOWARD STERN

I am waiting for Rush to go to either Sirius or XM before I make my decision as to which one to buy.

The losers who listen to Stern on a regular basis are never going to pony up the dough to get satellite radio.

Terms of the five-year deal weren't disclosed, but Sirius said it would spend $100 million a year to produce the show, including Mr. Stern's salary.

How much more than Stern's salary does it take to bring in strippers and porn stars and throw stuff at them?

Been listening to Opie & Anthony on XM this week. They have been busting on Howard all morning. Funnier show than Howard is these days. Stern is a one trick pony. Howard is sooo over. I wonder if Sirius will even be around in 2006? XM Rulez!

Great! His shows will be over eight years outdated by the time we hear them.
