After watching that debate last night. Mt. St. Helen got steamed and she is blowing it off now. ;o) She thought skerry was an elitist creep and a pure jerk-off. She's letting us all know today...just how she's feeling. She is feeling like many of us Freepers...steamed and blowing it off.

There was a helicopter flying a USGS IR sensor near the mountain. CNN is showing a helicopter landing which I suspect was that helicopter.

Yeah. She's upset that John Kerry lied several times during the debate last night.

From koin.com

Mount St. Helens Erupts

More than a week after a flurry of earthquakes began -- warning that an eruption was on the way -- the volcano today released a thick plume of white steam.

Scientists aren't expecting anything nearly as powerful as the 1980 eruption that blew the top off the mountain and killed 57 people.

Why the heck not??
I question the timing!
Bush did it!
We can't afford this volcano!
The volcano is a quagmire, and the President is too stubborn to admit it!
President Bush is out of touch with the eruption!
The tax cuts for the rich caused this volcano!
We can't fight the war on terrorism and have a volcano at the same time!
I was for the volcano before I was against it!
I have one position on the volcano!

Did they say a helicopter missing.
Fox showed an angle that showed what looked like the lava dome still intact. the eruption appeared to be comming from next to the dome near its base in the crater.

It's Bush's fault.
