Kerry is not constrained by facts nor ethics. Bush is fixed on a specific strategy that leaves Kerry free to criticize from any angle, the truth not being a factor. A stable democracy is dependent on a discerning electorate that should throw a prevaricating fraud like Kerry out on his ear. And it is unnerving to see the smooth spillage of lies out of Kerry's mouth - and I wonder about the effect on the barely cognizant swing voter.
EXACTLY. Well stated.

KERRY WILL LOSE ALL STATES EXCEPT MASS.
To: Lexinom
I will not abandon my core values.
To bad Kerry has none.
Nuclear proliferation is the most serious threat according to Kerry...sound kind of 60's and 70's to me.
Kill the terrorists and they can't arm themselves with nukes.
Kerry, you dove POS

Yes, he is relaxing thank God and his heart is speaking when he talks about his children and Kerry's. This is the guy people should want in their homes for another 4 years.
To: Endeavor
Omg, talking about cutting bunker buster nukes. That will not go over well.
To: maineman
JUST 15 MINUTES TO GO! EVERYONE PRAY!
To: snugs
Kerry just said he is "consistent". *sigh"

This is ridiculous. Lehrer is filth. Shame on Bush's handlers to agree to him moderating. Bush still has to keep playing the nice guy--it's unbelievable.
The difference between the questions they're getting is astonishing.
Kerry lies more convincingly than Bush tells the truth. That is the bottom line of this debate.
To: All
"Nuclear proliferation"? USSR? Containing Russia's nuclear weapons? That's his most important issue if he was president? What about TERRORISM you twit? Look at the big picture, or is this the new scare tactic for the dems?
To: EnquiringMind
...but sKerry is winning on command presence, ....
You must NOT be from fly-over country ... Kerry is coming across like an arrogant, slick, northeastern know-it-all (an intellectual peewee)
To: hispanarepublicana
I'd heard that in his debates in Mass, that he did just this...he threw so much BS into an answer that rebutting is impossible
To: txflake
Why the hell did you do that? He was telling the truth.

Kerry is back to getting rid of "weapons systems". He wants to stop the Bunker Buster.
To: MrChips
I disagree. Bush is doing fine I hope you are right. Maybe I am being overly critical. Bush seems to be too unsure of himself.

Bush has had some really good heartfelt exchanges with the American people. He is doing fine. Thank you God! . . . . Keep praying!
Kerry never waivered? BS. B-) BTW the last Kerry speech was drowned out by my 17 year old calico cat hollering but I swore I heard "global warming." Time for a drink. B-)
Can't we have a little peace here, I admit I share many concerns with Joe Hadenuf here and I remember we spoke a while back. I'm nervious especially with a lot of rubes out there that will buy Kerry hook, line and sinker, but I will remain confident that we have the upper hand and ability to beat him. I know to some, GW might sound a little weak but like in judo, sometimes you need to do that to use your opponent's strengths against him. Just some thoughts, I'm just an average Pittsburgh "Yunzer" so what do I know, but that's kind of my take on it.
