Kerry on the other hand comes off very slick and rote -- X42's handlers must be doing a job job with him...
How could we have maintained the no fly zone? Saudi wanted us OUT! From where would we have flown our planes???
We are watching this with our love and respect of President Bush...I'm thinking of those who have no opinion until tonight......

I'm looking at this debate from the average undecided and certainly NON-FReeper perspective.
W seems to be picking up.
What this debate tells me is that there are some fearsome October Surprises coming up.
And why is Lehrer going on about Iraq as if it's the only country on the planet!!?!?!?!?
I think Kerry's BS has gone way over the line. My Gosh. It is absurd.
Stop worrying. Kerry has to score a decisive victory, and that hasn't happened. All Bush has to do is live up to the already-low expectations that a lot of people have in his public speaking abilities. Especially since the perception is that Kerry is some kind of "debate genius".

Yes Lehrer is slanting the questions. But President Bush is consistently hitting them out of the park despite the slant.

If I am totally honest, as a Freeper, I am in awe of Kerry's abilities to debate.
He is a master.
But, I am still going to vote for Bush. I trust actions, not words.
