Swing state democrat vote fraud
Posted on 09/28/2004 6:00:32 AM PDT by myself6
There have been a few threads regarding the ongoing effort by the DNC and their supporters to overthrow the US government through vote fraud. They are registering the names and addresses of tens of thousands to vote in the upcoming election. There have already been reports of massive numbers of fraudulent registrations.
I have posted in the past what I think should be done AFTER the election and a successful vote fraud effort by the democrats and I still believe that the only recourse we have if they succeed is violent reversal of a fraudulent outcome.
What I have not done to this point is suggest ways of proactively defeating the democrat fraud before the election.
I am not an election expert and I have no background in election law or procedures, all I have is a will to see that every vote cast is legitimate and that a legitimate and acurate count of those votes is made. I hope the citizen press here on FR can come up with a plan and carry it out before the election.
My offering to this "brainstorm" is that we obtain the voter registration lists of swing states (WI,OH,FL,NM,PA,ETC) divide the list up between all freepers willing to help and then call and confirm every single name, address, age, life status(dead or not). We could compile a list of fraudulent registrations and submit it to the election officials.
If its possible to get a list of absentee votes already cast, by name and address we could contact each and every one and ask if they voted by absentee ballot and or cross reference the absentee ballot list with the fraudulent registration list. If the election laws allow, we could then contest the absentee ballots that we found to be fraudulent.
I believe that if enough freepers took this as their "mission in life" to complete we could make a huge dent in the dems fraud effort.
Ok, There is my idea, any others out there? I am willing to spend every moment I have when I get off work to effort this. I would much rather win this fight before it gets ugly.

Maybe volunteer at your local voting precinct to audit (verify) nw applications. Check the voting criteria with what has been offered by the request, especially checking for deceased voter registrations. If I lived stateside, I'd be volunteering my time somewhere!

"divide the list up between all freepers willing to help and then call and confirm every single name, address, age, life status(dead or not)" We could do random sampling of large lists and come up with averages that we could extrapolate out. So, that if each person verified 100 names out of a 10,000 list, and found 2% or 3% were fraudulent, we could report that to news organizations, and then put pressure on the elections officials in those areas to prosecute.

I do believe that volunteering at you local precinct is important and needed. The kind of effort I'm talking about here though is more along the lines of freepers nation wide parsing the voter rolls of Columbus, OH, for instance.
I am hoping it could work along the same lines as the SETI project does. You take thousands of processors (in this case freepers) and give each a small chunk of a very large pool of data to process.

From what I have read, there are ongoing investigations/indictments/convictions in FL, KY, OH,IN,NV & TX. State officials, elected and LEO are involved, as are the Feds.
Here are two instances. Much of this goes on in local elections. Much of it is Dem vs Dem

Volunteer in your state in contentious precincts for poll watching. Take the training. If you see anything at all suspicious in the time leading up to the election, report it to the GOP. They will know how to handle it, especially if your State Election Board is Democrat controlled.
I have been informed that even w/fraud, we have the votes in OH. Vote fraud is now, after the 2000 General Election, a Federal felony. AFAIK, the various state registration officials are working overtime, have hired more people and are cross checking new registrations. In some areas (sorry, I don't recall this one, may be that NAACP effort), the Dem 527s are NOT registering very many new people.
We won in 2000, when we were less prepared for this. We won in 2002, after we became more proactive in ferreting out fraud.
Volunteer and take the training. I don't think we have the ability to parse voter rolls across state lines. It would leave us open to charges of fraud, ourselves, IMO.

Is this sedition? Is it subversion?
Why do they continue to get away with this BS?
How do we prosecute the DNC for these illegal acts?

At those polling places where a high number of people voted, rig the door with a counter, not known by the poll workers. when the polls close, divide by 2 and if the votes cast there are larger report as vote fraud.

We need poll watchers and poll challengers. I'd call the local party and ask about it.

Your going to need to excuse my ignorance on this subject but how does working the polls help stop absentee voter fraud?
How can an absentee ballot be challenged at the polling place?
What information needs to be available to the challenger to determine that an absentee ballot may be fraudulent?
With states that do not require any form of ID (all of them I think) and that have same day registration (Wisconsin for example) how do we challenge or even know to challenge a fraudulent voter without doing the "homework" beforehand?
Can you provide (or point me in the direction of) information that would conclusively state that is legal/illegal to parse voter rolls over the Internet for people not in the state or locality?

The campaign is conducting trainings for the Final 72 Hour GOTV that includes training for poll watchers. The trainings are not all at the same time around the state and ours for the SW haven't been announced yet( the POTUS is in WI a lot and our few staffers get pulled to the rally venue when he is here). I am told we have our own contingent of lawyers versed in election law on call for the poll watchers, if necessary.
I have discussed the absentee problems with the paid staffers here. I agree they are prone to fraud. The staffers do not think so and assure me that the absentee votes are counted correctly. Both of the paid staff I discussed this with have worked the Milwaukee polls as poll watchers and saw nothing fraudulent. I have to take their word for it.
I would also inquire from the campaign/GOP if it is possible to be appointed or hired temporarily (if one has the time available) to work in the clerk's office. Over here, it is the township clerks who handle the absentee ballots. In my county, several of these clerks are GOPers. The ones I have spoken with and my own experience in absentee voting in the past were reassuring as to honesty, but I am in a rural area and we all mostly know each other, so there is less opportunity for fraud.
There are also people who work the polls each election. The Election Board or the campaign will know how to apply for these positions. I can tell you that when I raised the question of fraud locally with some of the older folks who have worked the polls all their adult lives (not just in my county, either), they were emphatic in asserting that they do everything above board. These were all Republicans, BTW.
If we are all pro-active, informed and involved, the chances for fraud are lessened. JMO.
Check your own registration. Have anyone you know do the same. Check for the address, spellings, DOB,signature accuracy. Here, we have to show ID when we 1st register and if we move or change our name. We sign in at the polls. AFAIK, this sign-in is checked against the registrations.

Please Pass Emergency Anti-Vote Fraud Measure Immediately!
Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty
Please send the following message to your Congressmen and Senators:
Please pass, on an expedited basis, emergency legislation to require voters to show ID at all polling places on Election Day.
Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty. There is a significant amount of evidence emerging that evinces a wide-spread plot to engage in massive voter fraud. Thus, Congress must take immediate action to counter this potential menace.
Congress has the express power to dictate the time, place, and manner in which federal elections are held. The congressional power to make or alter time, place, or manner of federal elections extends to the regulation of voter registration. Federal regulation of the electoral processes, including the regulation of federal voter registration, is also consistent with the Tenth Amendment and permissible; although states do have broad discretion to enact and implement registration procedures, states may not transgress the Constitution. It follows that state voter registration and Election Day statutes that are inconsistent with federal voter registration and Election Day mandates are preempted.
As per the Federal Court in Byrd v. Brice, the government may require a voter to furnish proof of identity at the polling place on Election Day. Such a measure would go a long way in protecting citizens federal voting rights from fraudulent practices.
Please set to work immediately on enacting emergency legislation to require a valid ID at the polling places on Election Day.
