From what I have read, there are ongoing investigations/indictments/convictions in FL, KY, OH,IN,NV & TX. State officials, elected and LEO are involved, as are the Feds.

Here are two instances. Much of this goes on in local elections. Much of it is Dem vs Dem

Volunteer in your state in contentious precincts for poll watching. Take the training. If you see anything at all suspicious in the time leading up to the election, report it to the GOP. They will know how to handle it, especially if your State Election Board is Democrat controlled.

I have been informed that even w/fraud, we have the votes in OH. Vote fraud is now, after the 2000 General Election, a Federal felony. AFAIK, the various state registration officials are working overtime, have hired more people and are cross checking new registrations. In some areas (sorry, I don't recall this one, may be that NAACP effort), the Dem 527s are NOT registering very many new people.

We won in 2000, when we were less prepared for this. We won in 2002, after we became more proactive in ferreting out fraud.

Volunteer and take the training. I don't think we have the ability to parse voter rolls across state lines. It would leave us open to charges of fraud, ourselves, IMO.

Your going to need to excuse my ignorance on this subject but how does working the polls help stop absentee voter fraud?

How can an absentee ballot be challenged at the polling place?

What information needs to be available to the challenger to determine that an absentee ballot may be fraudulent?

With states that do not require any form of ID (all of them I think) and that have same day registration (Wisconsin for example) how do we challenge or even know to challenge a fraudulent voter without doing the "homework" beforehand?

Can you provide (or point me in the direction of) information that would conclusively state that is legal/illegal to parse voter rolls over the Internet for people not in the state or locality?
