I was having an argument with another FReeper about how many of the old timers were still around. I tell people there is a FReeper vsyndrome and that most of them are still around, they just don't post much anymore.

Here is your chance to put these rumours to rest. Chime in and let everyone know you still are alive and kicking. Post your registration number if you know it.

Not sure when FR was established, but Rush turned me on about it I believe in 1992.

Lurked for awhile and registered sometime in '95 or '96 or there abouts under the screen name "MegaTruth", talked to James Golden a few times in the TalkSpot.com chatroom and on the phone too.

Got banned by Jim in 1998 for implying a threat to Tom 'dung heap' Harkin if he ever came to PA.

Rejoined in '99 as "SlightOfTongue" and have never regretted it. FR is the best and so are the Robinsons. Long live this patriotic heroic forum!

I lurked for a long time and then when I first tried to sign up it was just when JimRob has to freezes all new accounts for a month or so how long ago was that?

Then when I did get on my account it got blown out (some server crash) so they had to recreated it …
