Does Bush have an Ace to Play (time to put the election away)???

I was sort of feeling kind of down in late Spring because the Bush campaign hadn't shown any sign of life.
I figure they were waiting for the right time to throw "an Ace" on the table, like some previous undisclosed item in the Duelfer report.
Does anyone think that Bush still has "an Ace" to play. I think it is about time to put this out of reach.
Does anyone agree????
I think only a little luck will produce OBL before November 2nd.

I hope so, though it's certainly not a family tradition.
The big problem is that, although W was right to change the regime in Iraq, his lack of ability to control things in Iraq afterwards is giving heart to terrorists everwhere.

They dont' need an ace- the Kerry campaign is handing the election to them on a silver platter. Why spend the money when the press and groups like the Swiftees are doing all the work for you? When all of that dies down, then Bush can pull out the checkbook and do some damage with ads. Until then, save your pennies and let the world focus on the Lurchurian Candidate and his problems with the truth.

I don't think there are any trick plays in W's play book. The election will be won by letting W be W, and by letting Kerry be whatever it is that he is...

I'd be happy for DNA from a dead OBL.

Say they do, I think it's too early to play it.

I think Bush's "ace" is Kerry!
Kerry is such a poor candidate.
And Bush is a strong one.

What is the "Duelfer report?"

When I went through air force survival school in the mid 1950's we were taught the best way to keep food fresh for days on end is to trap the animal and keep it alive until you're ready to eat it. I think just the opposite might be true of OBL. If he's alive and they already have him it would be all but impossible to keep it a secret. OTOH, if he's dead and his death has been confirmed by DNA then it would be much easier to keep that under wraps for use at a later date. Once a DNA specimen is sent off with a couple of hundred or even a thousand other samples no one only a few people really know what the test results were.
I am hoping the debates will be the October surprise for the Kerry people. All bad! I know they keep talking about how often he's come from behind to win, but that's in his home state where they keep send Kerry and Kennedy back term after term. Kerry's in a different world now, he has to face voters from all over America and all walks of life.

Trial of Saddam to begin in October...if the MSM devotes half of the coverage it gives Scott Peterson, Whacko Jacko, et al, it should be an eyeopener.

Kerry's record of attendance on the Senate floor along with intelligence committees hasn't been on commercial ads yet that I have seen.Something tells me he is going to be drilled on this during the debates.

Our ace will be to get voter turnout on election day.
