Who is your favorite conservative radio talk show host?
Posted on 09/17/2004 8:18:26 PM PDT by RedOhio
I was just wondering what everyone's favorite talk radio show is. My favorite is Glenn Beck. Your thoughts?

Someone!! get a website going listing all these greats from markets you cant get with the daily highlights that will play streaming audio of a segment.Something like a daily compilation of all the great radio hosts on one sites--could even be delayed a day or 2..bet it could really sell (banner ads or whatever)

Hendrie is one of a kind. He's not syndicated yet is he? If not, most of the country doesn't know what he does. He's not that conservative (but politics is not his show's schtick), but he is a Dem for Bush.

The question you ask is none of your business . Why do you believe you have a right to ask a question like this ?

If you haven't heard of him, there's a damn good chance that you will per syndication.

"Hannity is kind of a broken record sometimes."
You can say that again ;)
I like Hannity for the interviews. He does get good scoops once and a while, like when he broke the story on the rat's memo (they politicized nat'l security).

I listen to Quinn, Rush, Hannity, and Savage. I think that Quinn is the best of these. I find Rush's talking off mike to be extremely rude and obnoxious. Hannity seems to spend all his time telling me how great he is. Savage, when he's sane, is good; he spends a lot of time, though, being angry (and possibly nuts).
Hedgecock and Medved are good, but I don't hear them very often. I'm not very impressed with Michael Reagan; perhaps he's a bright star which is dimmed by comparison with others.

Hendrie is one of a kind. His show is more of a gag, though. I don't think the callers are "real".

Phil Hendrie is on 50,000-watt KFI LA. He sells CDs of the Best of Phil Hendrie, benefitting some charity.

1. The Grand poo-bah has settled in and lost his entertainment edge. Gone are the parodies, etc. (kind of like Letterman)... Your photo [growwwwwl] reminds me...Hasn't there been an obligatory photo decree (a la Ann Coulter) made?
Laura, hands down....

As she complained this morning, I sometimes wake up hearing my self imitating Kerry: "Cutting off ears, cutting off limbs, razing villages in a matter reminiscent of Jenjissss Khan..."
Only on the Laura Ingraham Show...

I listen to Laura, but I feel her show is more of a "pop" talk show. What I mean by this is that she just takes calls, does interviews, and plays different audio clips. It's more 'fast paced' (kinda like MTV for talk radio) than other shows I hear.
I just like Savage and Rush so much because there's real substance there..,..and its 'intimate'. You feel like they're talking to you rather than a 'party' atmosphere.
Know what I mean?
