SEN. JOHN KERRY TO CROWD AS HE HELD UP GUN: I thank you for the gift, but I can't take it to the debate with me." (Darlene Superville, "Kerry Bolstered by Clinton Advice," Associated Press, 09/07/04)

What an insecure scumbag. What type of man says something like that? He must realize his candidacy going down the tubes because last week he said he wanted to debate George W. Bush every week until the election and now this pathetic utterance. Accept your defeat like the man you wish you were John, not like the true pansy you are.
The demoratic party wants to enslave us.
Let him keep talking, his tongue is the rope around his own neck.
And we all saw how far that got him, didn't we? The "alpha male" was sent yiping back to his own side of the line without so much as a word spoken, just a look...
the infowarrior
Ferry brought an nerf ball to the gunfight.
Man I am so glad algore invented the internet so I can enjoy this!!!!
Rush has been a great warrior for conservatism. More than his style, I've always been most impressed by his mind. He truly does see angles to things that others simply miss.
I hope someday he does a treatise on conservatism or a history of media and politics in the 20th & 21 centuries.
He he he!! Female yes, lady MOST of the time! LOL!
Thanks for the ping.
Indeed. Thanks for the ping!
Here are two comments made earlier today ... from two Freepers that should make you think.
The only thing those comments make me think is that some FReepers here have lost all sense of perspective, if not their grip on reality. Kerry is a dolt, but guilty of a federal crime? Arrested, charged and tried? Come on.
Bush has made some stupid, tasteless jokes as well. Like this:
"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator."
That was a joke, but some people are actually living under dictatorships. What's humorous about advocating tyranny and oppression?
And what about this?:
"Those weapons of mass destruction have got to be somewhere." (Laughter and applause.) ... "Nope, no weapons over there." (Laughter and applause.) "Maybe under here." (Laughter.)
Is it in good taste to joke about the the search for WMD that cost hundreds of Americans their lives? Oh, but the president said it, so that makes it funny!
With so many FReepers taking Kerry's remarks so seriously, is it any wonder that some people fear the Republican Thought Police? Let's try to keep things in perspective.
Kerry is a democrat. Democrats are exempt from the law.
The laws are only to keep the peasants in line.
I hope someday he does a treatise on conservatism or a history of media and politics in the 20th & 21 centuries.
If we're really lucky, maybe the "Epitome of Morality and Virtue" will do a treatise on what it takes to have a happy, healthy, Christ-centered marriage.
My God, this man is just frightening! He is a nutcase. Did the SS know about this?
Can the SS that is protecting Kerry turn around and arrest him?
Not funny to me.
I don't recall him announcing himself as a Christian leader.....
Nor do I recall any church holding him up as same.
bttt
Kinda makes the "foot on throat" thing seem kinda silly.
precisely.
