THE full horror of the Russian school atrocity began to emerge yesterday as traumatised children told horrific tales of stabbed babies and brutal rapes.

It has also emerged that scores of the 323 who died - including many children - had been shot in the back.

While despairing soldiers and rescue workers moved among the growing pile of body bags, it was revealed that an 18-month-old baby had been repeatedly stabbed by a black-clad terrorist who had run out of ammunition.

Other survivors told how screaming teenage girls were dragged into rooms adjoining the gymnasium where they were being held and raped by their Chechen captors who chillingly made a video film of their appalling exploits

They said children were forced to drink their own urine and eat the petals off the flowers they had brought their teachers after nearly three days without food or water in the stifling hot gym.

Their stories came as Russian officials warned that the final death toll of the siege of Middle School No 1 at Beslan in North Ossetia - in which up to 1,200 people were held captive - was likely to be more than 400.

The official toll yesterday stood at 323 which included 156 children, 10 Russian soldiers and two emergency service workers - 35 of the hostage-takers were also killed. Last night 434 people were being treated in hospital with 247 children and 85 adults in a critical condition.

A Russian official said six seriously injured children had been taken to Moscow for treatment.

"One of them is a child, just 18 months old, with many knife wounds," he said.

My way home from the office lays just near metro Rizhskaya. Two crushed airplanes took off from Moscow. A friend of mine was a hostage in Nord-Ost and died.
Dut on the other hand, there are about several million Muslims in Moscow. Some of them are descent people, believe me. And all this conversation/argue started when I said something I know for sure: IN RUSSIA the confrontation has not RELIGIOUS, but NATIONAL background. Most Chechens nno nothing about Islam as well as most Russians no nothing about Christianity, while calling themselves Muslim and Othodox, respectively.
Chechen invaded Dagestan (another Muslim region in Russia 5 years ago-what did they fight there? They want NAZI, NATIONAL, not RELIGIOUS state-a state where all but Chechens are second grade people. They INSLAVE their so-called Muslim brothers-Dagestan, Ingush, and others; And religion is only a cloack screen for them-they are plain bandits, thieves and murderers; Nothing more. And of course you in the US see MUCH better, what is going on in Russia.....

Muhammadanism is a Terrorist Ideology for Power and Domination.

It should be banned in so obviously it's mission is counter to civilization both in theory and in it's textually-driven barbosity. This would eliminate its transformation and mastasticization as well as, eventually, the sleepers in dormancy.

I suggest internment of nationals practicing Muhammadanism and deportation of foreigners until the so-called "Moderate Muslims" can do what only they can, in their own communities - stop those that are directly/indirectly financing and murdering innocent (not even most "Moderate" Muhammadans think the majority of those murdered were truly 'innocent') people from Bali to D.C., from the Balkans to Russia, from Madrid to Israel, from the Sudan to Manhattan and every damn place in between.
