Personally Putin should find 3 of the most populated Muslim cities in Chetchyna and nuke them, I mean really lob 3 hydrogen bombs and kill as many of them as humanly possible. Then go on the air and proclaim worldwide pthat all nuclear missles have been repointed to Medina and Meeca, and the next Islamic attack anywhere in the world against any country will result in Medina being nuked, and if there are any more after that, Meeca. The Soviets would be taken far more seriously and have just as much of a ligitimate excuse as the US in it war in terrorism.

There is a precedent in American law.
On October 27, 1838, Missouri Governor Lilburn W. Boggs issued an executive order that condoned the killing of Mormons residing in Missouri. It stated that "The Mormons must be treated as enemies and must be exterminated or driven from the state, if necessary for the public good. Their outrages are beyond all description. If you can increase your force, you are authorized to do so, to any extent you may think necessary." The execution of this order led to violent conflict and the eventual migration of the Mormons from Missouri to Illinois, where they stayed until their exodus to Utah.

I think it's a close-up of the young girl's hand (as opposed to a severed one) from a few pictures up. It's a rotated view, which makes it a bit confusing. She's looking at the camera while they're tending her. It almost looks as though she's wanting everyone to see to Whom she was clinging. Both photos are profound and unforgettable on their own--together, they say even more.
And it has been a long period.
They will never get over this and they shouldn't.
Many families have been torn apart.
These children will never forget their torture and will never forget what they have seen.
I actually think this is much worse than 9/11. 9/11 was personal towards the US in a general sort of way. They struck at our symbols and they intended to kill a lot of people and they did.
This is different. These animals targeted babies one at a time , not indifferently but coldly and deliberately. They were killed because they were innocent.
This is pure , unadulterated evil .
