It's been OUTSTANDING! :-)
Alvin Portee of South Carolina wears a hat with a picture of Abraham Lincoln on the third night of the 2004 Republican National Convention at Madison Square Garden in New York, September 1, 2004
Have you tried the Black Walnut? If you haven't, you must!!! It's the best I ever ate!
"....how's the convention going?"
The suspense was awful, but GW was nominated. Then we had a cliff hanger, but Cheney got the nomination for VP. All in all, I think a good evening.
Lurita Daon doesn't seem to be doing to badly. Everybody so far is just warm up.
The crowd wants red meat.
They want Cheney to set the place ablaze, for Zell to turn on the siren and for Bush to ride in on a cherry red fire truck.
Thanks. I'm still stoked from last night.
Me (LUV) too!
It doesn't happen down here anymore either. This was back in the '60s. These days if you want pralines, even in New Orleans, you have to make them yourself or go to the store. I'm sure if I tried to make them, I'd just end up making a mess.
Hah, I make great pralines. FReepmail me.
Thanks for the photos...appreciated by those of us in foreign countries with limited access to news.
Cheers
Anyone watching RNC on CSPAN? That RNC reporter (Yohanda? Yohana?) is HOT!
ALL POSITIVE!!
I live in BUSH country, Jacksonville, Florida!!
You should get one, FReep mail me for details!
OH REALLY? I saw it on CSPAN.
Yes, I heard that. I was thinking maybe it was a tradition that had been passed down. Or maybe I'm just hungry for a good praline.
Yep, self-employed, and scared out of my mind, but loving it, when I can get outside of the panic.
It really stinks that FREEPER FRiends live so far away from each other.:-(
You need to order 1 more than you think you need....because we always eat that first order faster than we think we will. :-)
