best conservative on TV?
Posted on 08/17/2004 5:06:00 PM PDT by Sgt. Pile E-6
I was just listening to Michael Savage and he said that TV has NO good conservatives on it. My question is, who is your favorite conservative on TV.
My answer is Sean Hannity

Looks like Brit Hume wins hands down... I like Brit, especially when he lays the beat down to Juan Williams :)

My attitude is that if I want to be a member of the party that excludes different opinions, I'll become a democrat.

Sean Hannity is on TV?
I thought he was confined to AM radio. I shall have to widen my "banned from my house" window.
I'm not worried about the AM radio as nobody has 1960's technology around here.

BRITT HUME....THE SEXIEST THING ON CABLE TV....
I don't know about the absolute sexiest, but I sure wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers.
Amazing how fast a high-level discussion can degenerate, isn't it?

BRIT HUME! I just love it when he slaps Juan Williams around on Fox News Sunday! And Juan in his desperate attempt to defend Kerry, has been sounding more like an idiot lately. But he gets slapped around by Fred Barnes, and Britt Hume, even Mort Kondrake gets a few shots in there once in a while.
Britt Hume is a stand up guy all the way.

Except when he's working on a book Hannity is intellectually lazy.
I'll have to join in and say Brit Hume

I would like to expand the question. Who is the best christian conservative on TV?
To: Sgt. Pile E-6
Hannity's a lightweight and Scarborough doesn't seem to know if he's a conservative or not. Hume is good, but for real fire-and-brimstone conservatism, I'll take any appearance of Ann Coulter!

I appreciate your point.
OTOH. O'Reilly and Scarborough are playing the populist pundits. In my book, that means they place greater emphasis on representing an even handedness, then they are concerned about properly representing conservatism.
It's funny you would mention O'Reilly and Scarborough in the same sentence. Both men have said they admire and respect Robert F.Kennedy. O'Reilly says RFK is his political hero. Not a conservative by any measure.
