The President spoke at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Convention at the Dr. Albert B. Sabin Cincinnati Cinergy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. While in Ohio, he visited the museum to the Underground Highway.

The President flew to Michigan where he appeared at a campaign rally in Traverse City, Michigan. The crowd here was wildly supportive of the President, yelling out positive statements throughout his speech. (clip shown at end of Brit Hume's news hour.)

**I have to put up with the Bush bashing at my work each day.**

Believe or not I get it at work in England though not as bad as I did a year ago because my previous boss just hated GW

I'm so sick of the Bush Bashing!

I live in a very liberal, Bush hating state and have to put up with it every day. It can get depressing!

I imagine it's worse for ya'll living in the blue states. At least it's not as bad here, but the media(even Fox) are just constantly harping on every little thing. Just once I would like to watch an hour of news that was about the positive things that happen in life.

I was thinking of what you could do with the bumperstickers.

I din't have a car so I took the stickers and put the on my rolling totebag. and they work just fine.

I can only imagine how bad it is in your state (and in England, for snugs)!
Luckily, Ohio's got a LOT of pro-Bush supporters! But you can still get some Bush haters (almost one whole side of my family comes to mind).
We can count on each other to keep us upbeat!!

Now you got me as I have to be truthful about Blair. As a true blue conservative I cannot really back Blair. His policies are everything that I was bought up to oppose. However I feel he has conducted the British war on terror well has grown as a world statesman through this. Has proved a great ally for America and the President he obviously has a friendship with GWB. I think I read something that GWB said he appreciated Tony Blair support and friendship but obviously does not agree with his politics policies something like that.
Anyway we may have a general election next year and then maybe change of Government but I don't think so.
As to you question what do the people in Britain think about Blair most people in Britain do not take that much interest in politics they seem fed up with it and state that it is all corrupt and hypocritical. This another reason was I enjoy the dose at least I can talk to like minded people.

It is sad when people become apathetic in politics. That being said, I can certainly see how it happens. The constant bickering ( of course it's only happening on Kerry's side) and then feeling as if the media makes the choices. I've heard Blair was liberal, but in the way he's conducted the war he has not shown that side. But I imagine when it comes to domestic issues he is more like Kerry? Is that accurate?

Hey now that's not a bad idea. There are places where you can have a photo placed on a shirt! I could take it to a craft store and have it ironed onto a t-shirt. Thanks Phancy

I'm in the same situation with my family, I mean, even on my dad's side (They were Republican) They hate Bush. I get into a lot of arguements about that.
