Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. With the nation on high alert for al-Qaida terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security is putting its border officers through "etiquette" classes to soften their image and make them less threatening to arriving foreign immigrants, WorldNetDaily has learned. |

He was apparantly on a different radio show due to a scheduling snafu. His publicist should have known, but was obviously as concerned as everyone else.

Ohhhh???? Very interesting!
Good to know the first hand information, thanks.
If I go to Radio Shack or some large toy store and buy a model airplane or a model rocket, aren't there federal regulations that stipulate the maximum altitude? I remember last year before the war the toy planes were an issue.
Is it legal for me as a private citizen to launch a high-altitude balloon? What if I live near an airport? If not, how can they sell those things?
Not to get into the "freedom vs security" issue, but "there should be a law against that".
Oh, oh.
Does anyone recall the "Look to the North warning".
The "Come from the North" warning.
We can't even trust EOM to come from Mexico, or he isn't smart enough to know north from the south.
IPN reporting the windows in the court house have been blown out - homes in area have some damage. Bomb k-9 is o/s.
I am glad I didn't see this last night....
Luke 21
Things to Come
10 Then He continued by saying to them, "Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom,
11 and there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.
12 "But before all these things, (1) they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you to the synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for My name's sake.
Indeed.
Brain is fried here. I remember it, but can't think of the origin. I do recall that "Severnaya" means "north", which we discussed at the time as well.
Sounds pretty big. Prayers up that there are no injuries.
Oh, me too.
I just spent the last ten days with the Tejanos in South Texas, and you are absolutely right: ME types look remarkably similar to some Mexicans and people of Mexican heritage. From my limited observations, the Border Patrol was scrutinizing everyone passing through a certain airport near the Tex/Mex border, and in a stretch of about an hour, I saw them detain no less than 11 people. I also note, again, from my limited observations, that all of the Tejano I met are God-fearing, patriotic Amercians who see themselves as the first line of defense against ME invaders from across the border.
Interesting question. I dunno. But I'm tempted to say that as far as the sale of the balloon itself, I have also seen them put to other uses. Sometimes they used to be filled with conventional oxygen and used as an exercise implement for kids. I would think that it's role as flying object requires a substantial amount of helium. Is helium a controlled substance? Should it be?
I know, too, that amateur rocket enthusiasts often launch multistage vehicles that reach some pretty astounding altitudes for the nature of the vehicle. Is that illegal in this age of terror and STINGER threats? I dunno. Should it be?
By the way, I had brought my 5-year-old and 2-year-old along with me; my son couldn't believe the destruction, and he was just so impressed to see the Guardsmen. He kept saying, "Wow, look at their guns. I'm so glad they're here to protect us." ... That's my boy!
