Kerry does not possess these traits
LOL. Go for it.
Yep... He had to sound like Bush Lite but looked terrible conveying the impression. Its a wholly forgettable speech apart from a few lines. Most of its recycled Reagan and G.W cliches.
I can't see one single person buying the steaming pile who wasn't already hip deep in it. The speech just wasn't persuasive.
For a while there, I thought I was too..
Hmmm you may be right
Well, at least the Republicans may be able to come up with some decent music. What's with all the weird music at this convention? We have had variously irreverent and weird versions of the Star Bangled Banner, a VP speech followed by frightening-looking rap artists, and more Mellendamp vomit than I can stomach. "God Bless America" anyone?
My counter slogan would simply be, "America doesn't need help from a liberal".
Exactly. Remember, John F*ckin' career has been built around being whoever he thought people needed him to be. If they need him to be Ronald Reagan, heck he'll be Reagan if that's what it takes to win.
"OK, release the hamsters! NOW! More, more hamsters, hurry! Dammit, where are the f*cking hamsters? What the f*ck are you people doing, we need one of those f*cking hamsters in the fountain before Kerry leaves the stage!"
Can anyone find the quote Kerry made in a debate back in January or February about how the terrorism threat is overblown?
I would like Bush to force Kerry to answer the question, "If you were President on 9-11, what would you have done?" OH, right, I know, more policeman, more fireman, capture Osama Bin Laden by recruiting a billion more Special Forces guys. The fact is, Kerry will never take an offensive position in this war. Under his leadership, we will forever be playing defense, and cleaning up from the last attack on us.
harsh language
Agreed. On the positive side, they only vote for Democrats when they are bribed with cigarettes, which the Democrats have banned.
WOW! 120 days in Nam and Kerry comes out a Bronzed-Silver Stared 3 purple heart HERO!
Must be a record with privileged connection.
Hail, the Conquering War Criminal Comes!
What Kerry Really Did in Vietnam
"(1) Kerry was in-country less than four months and collected, a Bronze Star, a Silver Star and three purple hearts.
I never heard of anybody with any outfit I worked with (including SEAL One, the Sea Wolves, Riverines and the River Patrol Force) collecting that much hardware so fast, and for such pedestrian actions.
"Something is very fishy."
"(2) Three Purple Hearts but no limp. All injuries so minor that no time lost from duty.
Amazing luck.
Or he was putting himself in for medals every time he bumped his head on the wheel house hatch? Combat on the boats was almost always at close range.
You didn't have minor wounds. At least not often.
Not three times in a row. Then he used the three purple hearts to request a trip home eight months before the end of his tour. Fishy.
Kerry is a POSER! His career was a set-up right from Kennedy's sailboat.
ONE MORE THING
John Kerry Voted For Kennedy's BAN On All CenterFire Ammo
Kerry is Full Of It With His Tough Talk Tonight!
Kerry will ban your ammo and put 40,000 troops on American Street to give you that Save Stalin Feeling.
Neither did I. I love him as Frank Costanza but that's where I part ways with him.
It persuaded Pat Buchanan.
I'm listening to the old anti-semite on MSNBC, and he said that Kerry "closed the sale" on convincing Americans that he can be president.
What the hell is in the water at MSNBC? The token Republicans, Buchanan and Scarborough, have swallowed the spit.
Did he at least remove it from Richard Gere first?
