A hanging in balance, limbo, pain, ooey jell.
Memories like cancer torturing his mind,
no gray matter left, he writhes alone..
Deaths of sons, blames for him to find
knowing he is the one who made this zone,
unyeilding pain now torturing him on and on.

I don't think the courts sentencing, if found guilty, will include torture.
