My wife works as a police dispatcher. She orders her uniform shirts from Galls. The only real issue here is that their products could be ordered for use a "costumes" to impersonate law enforcement employees. As in the Paul Johnson case, such a ploy only needs to be viable for long enough to entice a kidnap candidate into a vulnerable position. It could also be employed as a ruse make a terrorist look like part of an emergency first responder team.

OK, all but the first picture have changes. I initially got the light, a river or creek, a flat piece of something with holes in it and a plate with some kind of dessert on it. My first impression of the first two pictures was light water, as in nuclear power plants. The second two were vague to me so I started doing google searches and finally tried "perforated plate" and discovered that that too is a component in nuclear power plants. Probably a coincidence. Thanks for checking.

"Just after noon Wednesday, CBS 3 managers alerted the authorities to the discovery of a letter. The typed letter reportedly contained indications that it may have been contaminated with the biological agent Ricin.

The six employees who came in contact with the letter were isolated and the second floor of the 5th and Market Street Streets studios where the letter was opened was restricted.

Police responded along with firefighters, hazardous material workers, health officials, emergency management workers, and the FBI. A series of three tests were conducted and all proved negative for the poison."
