WASHINGTON (Reuters) - About eight of the Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers passed through Iran before attacking the United States, but there is no sign of official Iranian complicity, the CIA (news - web sites)'s acting director said on Sunday.

This evening on Brit Hume's News on FNC there was a report that an additional 20 shells of sarin gas and mustard gas found in Iraq in the last couple of days. This makes a total of 35 or 36 chemical warfare shells found so far. All appear to be from the early 1990's.

Fox News repeats the program at midnight eastern time. I think the report was in the first half hour.

Now there is one in Connecticut.

Underground explosion, manhole cover blew out... looks like power is only out for part of Hartford.

Local news is running coverage of it now, kind of odd to have live news at midnight. I heard a bunch of sirens about 30 minutes ago, but I'm a good 35 minutes from Hartford, so it is probably unrelated.

The sounds of church bells and the call to prayer are bringing voters to the Hamtramck polls Tuesday, but some say the ballot can be confusing.

"They need a better explanation on that ballot right there," one voter told Action News outside the polling place.

"Half of the stuff that’s on some of these ballots takes a Philadelphia lawyer to figure it out," voter Marcell Dolenga agreed.

At issue is whether the city should have some say over the volume, direction, duration and time of both the Islamic call to prayer and Christian church bells.

In this case, a "no" vote would allow the city to have that control by letting the newly-amended noise ordinance stand. A "yes" vote would repeal the ordinance, and take away any say-so the city has.

The debate over the call to prayer has not always been civil. Local religious leaders formed the Hamtramck Interfaith Association, an effort between all faiths to combat some of the anti-Muslim prejudice the issue has spawned.

Critics of the calls to prayer from area churches and mosques say they disturb the peace, but others disagree.

"It’s a medium of religious expression," Corinthian Baptist Church Rev. Joseph Jordan said. "I think that that’s a part of the democracy in which we live in."

(Hartford-WTNH, July 21, 2004 12:10 AM) _ Power is out in a portion of downtown Hartford.

The outages are centered around the central business district of the city.

CL&P have crews on the scene trying to determine the cause of the outage and the extent of the damage. CL& P workers on the scene tell News Channel 8 that it appears at least one major feeder line has been affected.

Right now there is no estimate on how long it will take to get the power back on in Hartford.

Extra fire and police crews have been called in to patrol the area of the outage, which spans a couple blocks around Bushnell Park.

911 service is still working in the city.

News Channel 8 will have an update as soon as it is available.

OK guys - I'm exhausted and have to go to sleep but I have finished going through the video. I found some surprises. There are a handful of frames that have what appears to be a hexadecimal code embedded in them. I've just posted an image at the NEIN website but I'll repost here. Obviously this has been reported to law enforcement.
