You may be right, but being originally from the little town os S a couple of hours west of C, Iwe didn't hear that abbreviation used in our neck of the woods.

I can help but visualize the anarchist talking about using marbles in slingshots against the horses of the mounted police to disrupt the RNC (Republican Nation Convention... yeah, I'm typing it out), and that ELF and ALF may be involved. Go here and click on the camera right where the yellow is right where the freeways connect. Whatever it was, ain't there no more. I think Sport Court the manufacturer of indoor sporting floors is right there somewhere.
