I have not been able to confirm this from any other sources other than the Jihadi boards. Al Jazeera has nothing on this yet, so I don't know if it's a rerun or something new.

Two different forums are reporting one broadcast. I don't know for sure because I haven't been able to locate a copy yet. I'm looking now. These are different posters, and both have long posting histories. Zawahiri has been using Arabeya as well as Al Jazeera since Al Jazeera quit playing the entire contents of their tapes.
The first flag is the European Union I believe; the second is Japan, land of the rising sun.
The one with the sun is the Japanese flag, the one with the stars is the flag of the European Union.
The first one is definately Japan, as there are Japanese characters on the image. The second is the European Union. Wonder what that means? Anyone read Japanese?

On the European one, is that Arabic under the image of OBL? The other one has Japanese characters in that spot.
On the European one, directly under Osama, are the words "Osama Bin Laden".
The two images have different messages on the left hand side - one is directed at Japan and the other at Europe.

If you are in Socal...you will be hearing plenty of F18s for the flyover, F16s for the no fly zone enforcement....and a lack of helicopters and other planes to make these noisier planes that much more distinct.
so, dont be alarmed....
