The webfeed captures are coming out much better than my TV captures, suddenly. I wonder if I need a new connection.

Did either one of you get a capture of that map Brit just showed of where the procession will go?
It appears that you are capping in 640x480. I am capping in 320x200. Smaller seem a bit sharper, less pixelized. You might change your cap window to the next smaller size and see if you get any improved quality. (Web feed windows tend to be 320x200 rather than the larger size.)
