The Davey Crockett.

http://www.brook.edu/FP/projects/nucwcost/davyc.HTM

Incidentally, the article about NY over estimates by a factor of 150 (!) the size of a suitcase weapon...[why did the article do this??] I am always suspicious of articles and websites that stretch the truth in an attempt to scare folks, or that are using fear to make a buck. I won't mention any names.

The most likely size would be the size of the Davey Crockett: 80 lbs or up to twice as large, 160lbs. [1-2 kt is stretching it. The DC was .02 kt at 80lbs]

One last reason that June 8 causes concern:

June 8, 570 A.D. - Religion of Islam founded in Mecca.
June 8, 632 A.D. - Mohammed, prophet of Islam (Koran) dies, according to tradition

June 8-10 - G-8 Summit in Georgia

June 8, 1925 - Barbara Bush's birthday.

I hope it isn't going to be as long a day as it looks like.

Or where the blame really goes, the the commies - liberals- democrats, who celebrate every time America looses.

Drudge played a tape of a Ronald Reagan speech from 1984 concerning religion. Reagan stated that without religion in our country, we cease to be a democracy (using my own words in interpretation of his wise words). The whole speech held me spellbound - it spoke directly to what our nation is now experiencing. The liberals and activists have been chipping away at our democracy for many many years and total destruction is close at hand. You have been right about this all along Granny!

....

Egypt and Saudi Arabia, two of the most important Arab countries, will be absent at the G8 summit from June 8 to June 10.

To avoid having to subscribe to stupid websites, go to BugMeNot.com and type in the domain. Most websites are there, I've found, even obscure TV stations.

DPJ to wait until after G-8 summit to file Koizumi no-confidence motion

The Japan Times: June 8, 2004

By TETSUSHI KAJIMOTO
Staff writer

The Democratic Party of Japan will wait until Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi returns from a Group of Eight summit in the United States this week before submitting a no-confidence motion against his Cabinet, DPJ chief Katsuya Okada said Monday.

....

Okada went on to explain that the DPJ must not act in such a way that would put the prime minister at a disadvantage diplomatically when he is to hold negotiations with other G-8 leaders.

Real funny LOL:):):):) but I would like to have one.

OK I did not pick out my scream name but I used it. I know nothing about nukes. I wasn't born on a mountain, hate the state of Tenn. and there football team; I grew up 30 miles south of Atlanta in the 70's when it was fun to go downtown and know nothing about trees, never even been camping in my life. ROTFLOL

Born on a mountain top in Tennessee
: Greenest state in the Land of the Free
: Raised in the woods so's he knew ev'ry tree,
: Kilt him a b'ar when he was only three.

: Davey, davey Crockett, King of the wild frontier!

: In eighteen thirteen the Creeks uprose,
: addin' redskin arrows to the country's woes.
: Now injun fightin' is somethin' he knows,
: So he shoulders his rifle an' off he goes.

: Davey, Davey Crockett, the man who don't know fear!

>>>Pics, please.

Ok.

This is called a peking. The ducklings we got from that farmer in April. He sells them for pin money. They have since grown in their adult feathers and now live in Johnson Park's Animal Have in Piscataway, NJ. It is a wonderful hobby I got for my kids. Since the hawks and owls hunt at that park. We are one of the families that get to hatch eggs and or brood chicks and ducks for the park until they are around 6 weeks old. The park gets to maintain a variety of fowl, my kids get to raise them. And they get to see and feed them at the park when we go.

>>>And now back to our terrorist news<<<

^-^

Ok I didn't want to post his but I need help to disprove it. What I did find out is the treaty is REAL just cannot find out if the Russians are really flying over.

Wave to the Russians. They fly over Teusday.

In accordance with the Open Skies Treaty the Russian miliary will be performing recon flights over the United States over the next few days. Their flights will coincide with the G8 summit and the beginning of the large naval exercise which deploys over half of the Navies carrier groups. They are allowed to fly where they want and when they want so long as they follow protocol. Seems strange that they would choose this particular time to exercise their flyover right. You can google the Open Skies Treaty for more information on this subject if you didn't already know that half the free world is allowed to fly spyplanes over US soil with only a few days notice.

"what is hidden - is more exciting".

It's the age old element of surprise. That's why nicely wrapped packages are much more exciting that pulling something out of a bag. There's no seduction when everything is exposed. It's like this thread. If they told us the exact date they planned to strike us, they'd lose the element of traumatizing us with that concern. By stringing us along with taunts, every sense is heightened in preparation for the unknown event(s).

The most important fashion police in the world are parents.

So Myr, when something happens because of this can we as Americans sue NAFTA?

NAFTA is an international trade agreement. There isn't anyone to sue. You can only sue the government if they permit it.
