The common thread is Vietnam. John F'n Kerry wants to run against LBJ, and the media desperately want to return to the glory days of their youth.Kerry does not want to run against LBJ....he wants to run against *Nixon*.
Warner up.

They are going to try to bait him and get him to lose his temper. He had best stay cool. He wraps himself in our cause and the American military, the RATS and the media lose... just like Oliver North testimony.

I believe it is Vietnam and Kerry, I just can't make it fall into place so it all makes sense. Maybe you're looking for deeper motives than are actually there. I'm inclined toward the "callow and shallow" explanation. These are folks whose whole identity is based things that happened 35 years ago. Life hasn't turned out the way they thought it would -- it's only natural that they want to go back.

If someone tells me they are a democrat or start spouting the democ crap, I simply get up and walk off. They say, "where are you going?" I told one guy here in the office, "I thought Stalin died in the 1950s, but I see he is alive and well in your mouth and kept walking."I like your line, RA: I'm definitely gonna steal it.

It appears as though the 60s pig radical, Hillary, is quite prominent today.
What's next? Will the ghost of Karl Marx appear and demand an apology from the ghost of George Washington?
Bring it on.

Senator Warner: This is as serious an issue of misconduct as I have ever observed.
(Where was he during the atrocities Kerry keeps talking about). sheesh

Apparently, for political reasons, the joint committee that has called for Rumsfeld to appear want his resignation right on the air. Failing that, they want an abject and very humble apology.
Just what is this culture of apology, anyway? The Muslims don't want our, or anybody's, apology. And no apology made to Democrat liberals is ever enough. Either it wasn't sufficiently sincere, or it was for the wrong thing.
The only apology the Islamofacists or their brethren in the US House and Senate want is complete capitulation. And that, they shall not have unless we are first humbled in open combat. And I don't mean a debate with a lot of invective.

Torie Clark was on with Paula Zahn last night and quoted from a CNN report aired in January about these abuse reports and the report included that there may be pictures.
Warner: Serious charges. Affect our relations.
Mistreatment appalling and serious breech of military conduct.
Most serious is replaying of the pictures.

There was an earlier that quoted Kerry as being royally ripped at the 'rats for this hearing. Is he anticipating another setup being sprung on the 'rats? These are not prisoners of war. They are terrorists. It's a shame that the military allowed cameras in this prison, but humiliation is it number one non-violent form of interrogation.
I don't think American voters are going to appreciate the democrats' efforts to make the comfy chair into Mi Lai.
