That's what this is all about. Few people in that room are interested in what Dr. Rice has to say -- they're only interested in using her to make their points to attack the president, and unfortunately in some ways they are succeeding ... at least in the minds of liberals/leftists/Democrats (pardon the redundancies).

Kerrey asks if she just read it (as prep, he implies), she says no, she read it quite a while ago. So you didn't retaliate due to my speech, he then asks? No, she says, but it was a brilliant example of thinking strategically, not tactically. Nothing like getting your hat handed to you in that manner. Dr. Rice is outstanding today...
