Not sure about Tenet ... But it took Woosley a couple years before he was able to get a meeting with Clinton

So I'm gonna guess Tenet had the same problems

It was former CIA Director James Woolsey who NEVER MET WITH CLINTON in the first two years of the Clinton admin.

When a small plane crashed into the WH in 1994, the joke around the WH was that it was Woolsey trying to get in to see Clinton.

James Woolsey, previous director, couldn't get a meeting with him. Think he met with Clinton twice face to face.
