John Kerry to strike back at "infidelity"-coverage, will appear on Imus-Show

Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry is set to strike back at the "infidelity"-coverage by "Drudge Report" joining Don Imus on his Friday morning talk show.

"Drudge Report" had first broken the news of intense US media investigation into the two-year relationship of Kerry and a young woman, which is said they had since Spring 2001. The woman is said to remain at an undisclosed location in Africa.

Wow! Very profound. Especially since Kerry just happened to be scheduled for Friday ealier in the week and the I-Man got a denial out of him before most people were even out of bed. And, within minutes the notice that Imus put Kerry on is posted on one of the most popular sites in the World (drudge).

On top of all that, it's still a democrat fight. Conservatives should be in a 'wait and see' mode.

If this turns out to be a non-story no one will care. If there is more, Imus will not forgive him and it will only help W.

Everyone needs to take a deep breath.

I can't figure out Imus. I can't understand his muttering and babbling, it just isn't good news coverage. I am sure John Kerry didn't understand one question that he was asked. Geeesssshhh....

"I think it is entirely possible that was a distraction," said Massachusett's Senator John Kerry, referring to Clinton's attempts to juggle his Lewinsky cover-up with military efforts to take out the terrorist who would later prove so deadly to U.S. civilians.

That guy's letter to the editor was AWESOME.

Someone emailed Oreilly a few days ago with the Benedict Arnold line.

Been my tagline for a couple of weeks.

Oswald was a vet, as was Charles Whitman...

Great tag line!

Was Sampley's letter to the editor posted here on FR? If so, could you ping me to it? Thanks.

Kerry has so much baggage that im boggled he believes he can win the white house. the demodemons have completely lost all soundness of mind to think none of this guys junk was just going to be overlooked or glossed over.

Imus also favors David Gregory, who was one of the chief "attack dogs" at that infamous White House news conference the other day. (The one about Pres. Bush's National Guard service records that turned into a feeding frenzy for the leftist journalists.)

I generally get a kick out of watching/listening to Imus but when Gregory is on, I must tune out.

From the story:

Her parents, Donna and Terry, speaking from Malvern, Pennsylvania yesterday, said there was no evidence of an affair, only that Senator Kerry may have been attracted to their daughter.

All they're saying is that they have no evidence, like a semen stained dress. Their comments ("sleazeball") are consistent with the affair story.

Actually, The Vietnam Veteran’s Against John Kerry are Poised to bring John Kerry down for his Actions when he returned home from Vietnam. Kerry being a smart man had to know he was marching side by side with Communists and Communists funded the Rally’s back in His Vietnam War Protesting Day’s. Kerry turned his back on the Troops that were still in Vietnam Fighting and Dying there at the time he was protesting the War. That alone will Bury Kerry. However, Kerry cheating on his Wife is a Badge of Honor Amongst Democrats. That is not what will bring him Down his War Protesting Days will. Our Troops know all about John Kerry’s support of the Communists back then. Kerry is nothing other then a Communist Sympathizer and That will End it for Kerry. So I hope he still gets the Nomination and will enjoy watching Our Troops speak out against John Kerry the War Hero, Pardon me John Kerry the Communist Sympathizer.

I like your style. Almost as repetitive as Kerry's (oops, Communist sympathizer Kerry) stump speech about his war service "Oh, I know leeches, I was there, all over me, and I can tell you, I will protect your right to leech off the Government!".

Hanoi John Fonda Kerry

Imus has continued to say that if this truns out to be true Kerry is finished, and Dodd basically said it may be true, but it wouldn't hurt him....

Well...it sure didn't hurt Clinton, first with the Jennifer Flowers allegation (and proof!), and secondly with Monica-gate. Even though he was impeached, he should have been removed from office. But NOOOOOO! NOT BY THE DEMs! They just loved him all the more. Listen to what Dodd said: "it may be true, but it wouldn't hurt him." (probably not the exact quote) ... Dodd is basically taking for granted that this kind of behavior--and lying about it--is not a problem...not for a Dem anyway.

The 24 year old intern's name is Alex Polier, but Donny won't ask. Poor girl is probably running for her life about now, since she doesn't exist according to the "media".

How do you know? What is your source?

"The double standard lives,"
Endorsed by leadpenny too, it seems. He's sucking up to Imus as hard as Imus sucked up to Kerry here.

But I'd be shocked if our biased media were any other way.

My hometown paper, today, has a lie in the political cartoon. Has several letters that seeth with the anti-Bush animus on issues. There are known falsehoods in the letters but our paper wont print corrections to the anti-Bush false rhetoric. we can expect more depressing examples of media bias between now and election day. They will do their best ... I hope they fail.

THE BIG LIE CAMPAIGN IS ON.

It's odd that he would even address a story that has gotten zero major media coverage. What's there to "strike back" at?

Kerry and his campaign staff are handling this very well.
The Enquirer has a Kerry front page spread that will not do him any good. I was tempted to buy it but was content to
scan the cover while at the check out.
