What is it with this "stabbing with a steak knife?" The steak knives we use are so flimsy they wouldn't penetrate human flesh. They would break off. The serrated edge cuts the steak but the knife itself has no penetrating capability.

Wow, I didn't realize there is a special crime for killing someone on Monday. Maybe they figure that since it is Monday, you are almost justified, therefore you get a reduced sentence. Something to think about the next time you plan a murder. ;-)

Harriel obtained a temporary restraining order against Roaden in 2001 after he was arrested on a charge of domestic violence, according to court records. The domestic violence charge was dismissed. Neighbors told police they heard the couple arguing Jan. 15, and later saw Roaden sitting on the front porch of his Cincinnati home with scratches on his face.

With all the easy divorce --- you've got to wonder what makes a couple like this stay together. I guess they really meant it when they said "until death do us part".
