I think that is Sean's safety clause.

I recently read a senator(?) saying that OBL will be captured by November. I believe him. So, based on this news I could make the same assertion as Sean is making - ie, OBL has been captured. It really doesn't matter when he was captured as the government will never officially acknowledge the capture date. And, when OBL is captured, I can then say: "See I told he had been captured."

K-25 alarm could have been tampered with

Work has resumed in a building at the Oak Ridge K-25 site following an incident Wednesday afternoon where 250 workers were evacuated due to the sounding of a criticality alarm.

I posted the response.

There is no "proof" he was captured by US SOF on January 20.

What we have is evidence of the capture.

We have as evidence the original, unsolicited call to the NEIN Director from an individual at an "agency in Virginia", and subsequent "confirmations" that the event did indeed occur. There are also the subsequent events and statements which have been analyzed and found to be consistent with the information about OBL's capture.

All of this is the basis for my own conclusion and position on this subject. This is my personal assessment, US SOF captured Osama bin Laden on or about 20 January 2004.

The last I saw on the Philly powder, they were saying it was baking soda. But nothing definitive yet. The authorities in Philly surely don't seem to be taking it seriously at all. No evacuations, the people that were quarentined have been released.

Is there a link for the Atlanta powder?

Any news on the New York post office from two days ago? Any results on the Florida package?

AD, you seem to be tracking these pretty closely, do you know if any results have been given out on these incidents?

LINK EYED IN RICIN SENT TO FRIST AND W. HOUSE

February 5, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - The deadly ricin found in Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's offices was on a letter-opening machine being used on mail from his constituents in Tennessee and could be geographically linked to an earlier White House scare, officials said yesterday.

After the tumult that followed Monday's discovery of poison in Frist's office, there was some good news yesterday: None of the workers potentially exposed seemed sick.

An intern in Frist's office fed a stack of letters into the automated machine Monday and left, officials said. When he returned, he saw a powdery substance that was later identified as ricin.

Officials were investigating whether the ricin sent to Frist was connected to two earlier ricin-contaminated missives - both of which had a Tennessee postmark.

The first was addressed to the White House and was intercepted in November. The second one was addressed to the federal Department of Transportation and discovered at a post office in Greenville, S.C., in October.

Both those letters were signed "Fallen Angel" and included gripes about pending federal trucking regulations and threats to "dump" more ricin.

Authorities are trying to figure out if "Fallen Angel" sent Frist the ricin.
