There is no "proof" he was captured by US SOF on January 20.

What we have is evidence of the capture.

We have as evidence the original, unsolicited call to the NEIN Director from an individual at an "agency in Virginia", and subsequent "confirmations" that the event did indeed occur. There are also the subsequent events and statements which have been analyzed and found to be consistent with the information about OBL's capture.

All of this is the basis for my own conclusion and position on this subject. This is my personal assessment, US SOF captured Osama bin Laden on or about 20 January 2004.

Sean, your credentials appear to be impressive, if accurate. However, I have a couple of questions:

1. Aren't you violating op-sec by posting all this stuff all over the internet?

2. You were clearly expecting something to happen by the 3'd...how come nothing happened? If the US stopped something, I'm sure that your sources would have told you, right? I mean, your "unsolicited" source came to you out of nowhere with the OBL info....

Are you and the caller anti-American? If what you post is true I would think that if our government wanted this info out they would release it themselves. Since the administration has not informed the American people it could be possible that it could be for our own safety. It is not always a good thing to be first with the news just for the benefit of being first. If your caller who is leaking info is a government employee or a snoop inside a government building, then they need to be fired.
