You have mail.
And ask J what the score is on the FSU game.

They had a guy on the discovery channel from Cuba who actually did this and survived, and he didnt fly to Florida either i think he landed in Canada.

Hope the guy didn't destroy another Volvo!
That really was a horrifying scence in Con Air, eh?

I, for one, am always shocked by those blasted anti-falactites.Are those the ones that hang from the ceiling of the cave or come up from the ground? Falactites, falacmites, I can never get them straight...

It's happened before .. but it's been awhile.
It does show that security on the ground by the aircraft is not very good. It could be that these people sacrificed themselves to prove that something could be put in the wheelwell without any interference from security.

I got *three* little bags of peanuts (just the regular, good, roasted/salted ones) on Alaska Air last Wednesday.
Hooray to Alaska Air for not caving in to the Peanut Nazis! I love peanuts. Peanut-allergy 6-sigma wackos can just stay the hell away from me if they don't like 'em.
They were playing honest-to-God Christian-type Christmas carols over the PA, too; not snowman/Santa. Like "Silent Night". That was pleasant.

Just imagine how many times a body has dropped out, unnoticed over the water, when a plane lowers its landing gear over water as they do at many of our airports......
If a man can get aboard unnoticed -- why couldn't a very large bomb be substituted?
Security? Not much...

I remember reading in a book about great escapes the story of the man from Cuba who esacaped to America in the wheel well of a plane. Apparently, he stopped breathing and froze but was kept alive in a state of cryogenesis more or less and was able to be revived when they found him. Amazing

That's strange. Just a few days ago, another stowaway was found dead on another plane, right? I forget the details of that incident though....
I was wondering if 'this' thread was a repeat of the one you mentioned

There's a game on? Where? When? Who? FSU?
Oh, yeah, there was a game on KMJ instead of Coast to Coast when I went to pick up The Other Half.
We're not real big into college sports, as you can see.
Now the Niners, that's different.

You're all missing something. Can this be blamed on a publik skool education? Don't they teach people what happens at 20 or 30,000 feet anymore? Where is this man's science teacher? /s
