Have the Europeans demanded he be turned over to the UN to be tried yet?

I hope we let the Iraqis try him, or have they said we're going to try him?

Be prepared for increased "insurgency" activity or maybe hostage-taking by Saddam loyalists hoping to free Saddam. I hope our military is on their toes and prepared for this possibility. What am I saying? Of course, they know this better than I do.
