Link to article on Michael Schiavo from hometown newspaper, information on death by starvation and dehydration, information on hospice eligibility and hospice and medicare/medicaid fraud, e-mail address for Judge Greer, transcript of Larry King Live interview with Michael Schiavo and George Felos, Terri's address at the hospice and the address for the foundation, to send cards for Terri's birthday (December 3), transcript of O'Reilly interview with Kate Adamson, e-mail addresses for Florida legislature, transcript of Abrams Report interview with George Felos and Pam Anderson, transcription of Terri's bone scan, legalese for dummies version of Gov. Bush's motion to dismiss Sciavo's suit against the Constitutionality of Terri's Law, link to FatherOfLiberty's research on HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy), links to ACLJ involvement in Schiavo case and Father Rob Johansen's daily update.
There are four other relevant posts that I want to highlight here in case anyone missed them or didn't get pinged. These are a general Terri thread troll alert, an especially thoughtful post about the sincere effort that FReepers are making in Terri's behalf, the Father's Love Letter , and remarks made by Jim Robinson on this issue and reposted here by lonevoice.

This thread serves as a place for posting all new general information and references, along with links following Terri's case, plus information on cable news and talk radio shows dealing with the issue, court cases and press releases. This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.
If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.
There was a tremendous amount of information posted on the previous thread. For anyone who hasn't been following the daily threads, links to relevant posts and information from the previous thread are contained in the body of the present one. I have found that very helpful in trying to find something later. You people are doing a spectacular job of getting information out and also in helping to keep all of us updated here. What a great joint effort. This fight, to me, illustrates beautifully what Free Republic is about and what it means to be a FReeper. Way to go FRiends. Keep up the good work!

A liberal's a liberal's a liberal, don't matter what party they claim to belong....look at the liberal Justices on the Supreme Court; several were appointed because they were thought to be conservative......their true colors came out after they got their prize.
In a move that horrified Terri's family last year, Bushnell also filed a petition with probate Judge George Greer seeking authorization of pre-payment for Terri's cremation and burial expenses out of the fund."

World Net Daily - Constitutional showdown brewing over Terri's Law
I haven't seen anything, as of yet, that pinpoints the time.....(and, right now, this particular woman therapist is has not been confirmed....but it's the only logical Caplan I can find, for now. I haven't seen her first name in anything yet.)
Sherman opened up the West. Not the railroad -- for the Indians would have beat that back eventually ... if not for Sherman's brilliant plan. He made buffalo hunting a marvelous sport, and decimated the grand herds that were the sustanence of the Indians, like oil is the sustance of Arab terror, the great bison herds, also flowing like a black liquid across the plains, were the fuel of terror.
If not for Sherman, manhood in the South would have been eradicated, ground down, the post-war "reconstruction" woud have been one giant Andersonville. The South would be a poor, despirited region today.
We all would be the worse -- the North would be more spiteful than the South ever was, and poorer for that.
Sherman was the saviour of the South! Hurah, hooray!
I didn't break my TV, LOL, it was not great but she made some effort to show both sides. Problem is she doesn't really get the REAL issues involved, she covered it as a right-to-die, everyone-needs-a-living-will story. Oh well, it was less inflammatory than I expected (keep in mind my expectations were not high from CBS News to begin with, LOL!).
She showed more of the video footage of Terri than I have previously seen on network TV. Footage of vigilers camped out, referred to as activists from "right-to-life orgs, disability activists, and supporters of conservative causes." Interviews with brother Bobby, and Felos doing his cerebral-cortex-worship schtick. Big news is they took the infamous "brain scan" Felos was waving on CNN to some doctor in New York, and although the reporter sort of glossed over it, I found his evaluation to be encouraging news: he said this was a scan of someone who "COULD" be in a PVS. I don't have time right now to transcribe the whole feature, but here's the part from the "impartial" doctor. May not be word-for-word perfect, it's a rush job...
Doctor: Looking at this scan, without the actual patient, this is consistent with someone who could be in a persistent vegetative state, yes. You would expect this person to be exceedingly low-functioning. Not necessarily in a coma or unconscious, but certainly very low-functioning.They then showed clips of Dr. Hammesfahr (sp) talking about hope for rehab. While the NY doctor's prognosis was not good, I was pleasantly surpised, I expected them to go to someone who would echo Felos' she's-already-virtually-dead stance. CBS's independent doctor says Terri is in a gray area. Perhaps the uninformed will consider that as a sign to proceed with caution.Reporter: Dr Keith Siller (sp) is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at New York University Medical School.
Doctor: This is a horrible scan.
Reporter: We showed him Terri's brain scan because he has no vested interest in the Schiavo case.
Doctor: Now this is what a normal scan should look like. In Terri Schiavo's scan over here, this person has lost the exterior brain, which is the cortex, and that's where all the functions originate from. So if you've lost cortex through atrophy, brain doesn't grow back. It's not going to recover. The problem is you have a gray zone here. That's a person who is not technically brain-dead, but in a functional sense, that person is not really brain-alive, ither.
Hope others see the feature, it wasn't too bad!
